On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device. Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.

You see the following error code when you try to launch a game on a Windows 10/11 device: 0xc0ea0001. This can mean that there’s a potential service outage or an issue with the licence manager on your device.

From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options. Choose the language and bit version you want, and then select Install.
